George W. Goodrich The "Twice-seen Images" were inspired by George W. Goodrich, photographer, fiddler, and farmer on Pawtuckaway Mountain in Southern New Hampshire in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Two of his pictures, discovered in a local attic, were the inspiration for the first twice-seen images - the Goodrich homestead and tourists at the great boulders. They were also the beginning of a prolonged search for other surviving Goodrich photos and, eventually, the work of other forgotten photographers of a century ago.

Archival digital prints on fine art paper are available to order. Images from Landscapes and Notions are also available as custom-made greeting cards on fine art paper.
